Marbury High School is an excellent school with talented, caring staff, enthusiastic students, and wonderful parents!! The Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) is a volunteer group dedicated to supporting the school and enhancing the quality of the educational experience at Marbury for all students.

Key goals include:
1. Coordinating volunteer participation to support school programs
2. Hosting extra-curricular activities that encourage family involvement
3. Sponsoring activities that increase school spirit
4. Raising funds for supplemental services, equipment, and supplies
5. Supporting the school administration in its goals
6. Partnering with the SGA

Your involvement is important and will contribute greatly to your child's success. We are excited that your child will be part of our school, and we look forward to getting to know your family.

We invite you to become involved and make this school an even better place for all the students. Whether you choose to lead a committee, assist with an activity, or simply send supplies for a class activity, your help is important and appreciated.

The PTSO's number one priority is coordinating volunteers and school events. However, fundraising is also necessary. We have planned for several events this year. Some of those include: Teacher Appreciation Days, Bash the Car, Tape the Principal to the Wall, Crazy Hat Day, PJ Day, Sadie Hawkins Day, Marbury's Got Talent, Halloween Dress Up Day, Crazy Dress Up Day, Hot Cocoa Sales ,and a car wash. If you have any ideas for events or fundraisers to raise money for our school, please share those ideas.

Please feel free to contact any PTSO officer with suggestions, questions, or with offers of assistance. We look forward to working with you this school year.

Once again, welcome! We look forward to serving the needs of your family.
