  • 7th/8th period exams that need to be made up will be taken during 8th period.
Students that arrive on Friday will follow their normal bell schedule, unless they came JUST to make up an exam.

Reminders:

  • Students can not leave before the bell during exam week (unless it is their last exam).
  • Students can take their exams via Schoology at home.  This is regardless of their status as a traditional or virtual student.

PROCEDURAL INFORMATION (VERY IMPORTANT TO READ):

Traditional students are allowed to take their midterm exams virtually. They just need to make sure they take them in the time frame their teacher assigns them to take it.

There are NO exemptions for midterm exams with the exception of those classes which are only semester classes (i.e. Driver's Ed./Health Government/Economics). Every other class- all students are expected to take an exam.

We will have OPEN campus on exam days. Open campus means students may check-in and check-out after exams are over with proper documentation and following regular check-out procedures. Students may submit one check-out note for the entire week, but it must be verified just like other check out notes. Students may only take exams for the class periods on the assigned days and may not go to the next class to take that exam if they finish their first one early. (i.e. You finish your exam for 1st period at 8:45 AM...you will NOT be allowed to go to your 3rd Period class to get started on that exam early. You must remain in 1st period until the period is over).

ACTC Students- the ACTC will release more information regarding exams very soon, so please look for information from your teachers there.

Friday, January 29th is a make-up day only. If you are here and do not have make-up exams, you will follow your regular schedule that day and you will remain in each class for each duration. You may not go to other classes if you do not have make-up exams.
